“I love performing. There’s no better feeling than being up on that stage and giving it my all. I’m privileged to have had such a wonderful and varied career so far, and to be still always seeking new adventures and experiences.”

Over the years I really have done a bit of everything—from West End leading lady to backing some of the biggest names in pop, to appearing as a soloist with the country's best orchestras, and recording music for film, TV and everything in-between. I’m proud to have performed on some of the world’s most prestigious stages: Wembley Stadium, the Royal Albert Hall, Madison Square Garden, Glastonbury, Coachella and some of the biggest arenas in the world.

If there’s one thing I’ve learned over the years it’s to be brave enough to be yourself. As I’ve been a bit of a chameleon I’ve had to find ways to navigate through the weird and wonderful world of the performing arts and still remain me. I’m all about happiness, positivity, realness and I bring these to everything I do.

There are so many facets to being a performer and each area of the performing arts industry demands a different set of skills, attitudes, abilities and knowledge that I have developed along the way.

At 14 I won a scholarship to further my musical training at The Royal Academy of Music. I was so lucky to have had such a comprehensive musical education, and it was there that I developed my instrumental skills and discovered my passions for sight-singing and harmony.

At 21 I attended Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts in North London. Three years of blood sweat and tears shaped the performer I was to become. Musical Theatre is and always will be my true love—to me, it represents the ultimate in creative expression. To explore the extremities of human existence and express it musically through your voice and body at the same time is the creative experience I find most intensely rewarding.
